Bohou Technology Co., Ltd. - Trademark: (“LUSA DISIGN”) guarantees that its screen protectors, full-body protective films, and smart home products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user.
Because the LUSA brand cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products purchased from the LUSA brand or its authorized sellers, unless otherwise required by law. The LUSA DISIGN brand reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers (including unauthorized websites). This warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, product modification, or negligence. This warranty is also limited to the original end-user purchaser.
After purchasing the product, to file a warranty claim for product defects, please fill out and submit the form located at https://lusafilm.com/pages/contact-customer-success-team, or contact the LUSA DISIGN brand via email at lfd-dlz01@lifengda.cn or by phone at 0755-84594865. Please have the following information ready: (i) Product name; (ii) Name of the seller from whom the product was purchased; (iii) Proof of purchase. If your application is approved, you will need to send two (2) photos of the product, proof of purchase, and the warranty return authorization number to the LUSA DISIGN brand via email at lfd-dlz01@lifengda.cn or to the address: 17F, Building 3A, Huaqiang Creative Industry Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. You are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing these materials to the LUSA DISIGN brand.
If the LUSA DISIGN brand determines that the product is covered under this warranty, the LUSA DISIGN brand will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If the defective product is discontinued or out of stock, the LUSA DISIGN brand reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or greater value. If the LUSA DISIGN brand chooses to repair your defective product, you are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the defective product to the LUSA DISIGN brand. Furthermore, for limited-quantity collaborative project products, LUSA DESIGN will replace them with products of equal value. The quantity of collaborative project products is limited and available while supplies last. If a collaborative project product is out of stock or no longer available, LUSA DESIGN reserves the right to replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Except for the warranties expressly stated in this warranty, there are no other warranties. Any implied warranties that may apply to the product, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall the LUSA DESIGN brand be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
