Bohou Technology Co., Ltd. — Trademark: (“LUSA DESIGN”) warrants that its screen protectors, full-body skins, and smart home products (the “Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user.
As the LUSA brand cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products purchased from the LUSA brand or its authorized sellers, unless otherwise required by law. The LUSA DESIGN brand reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (including unauthorized websites). This warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, product modification, or negligence. This warranty is also limited to the original end-user purchaser.
If you need to file a warranty claim regarding a Product defect after purchase, please complete and submit the form located at https://lusafilm.com/pages/contact-customer-success-team, or contact the LUSA DESIGN brand via email at lfd-dlz01@lifengda.cn or by phone at 0755-84594865. Please have the following information ready: (i) the name of the Product; (ii) the name of the seller from whom the Product was purchased; and (iii) proof of purchase. If your claim is approved, you will be required to send two (2) photos of the Product, your proof of purchase, and your Warranty Return Authorization Number to the LUSA DESIGN brand via email at lfd-dlz01@lifengda.cn, or by mail to: 17F, Building 3A, Huaqiang Creative Industry Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred in mailing these materials to the LUSA DESIGN brand.
If the LUSA DESIGN brand determines that the Product meets the terms of this warranty, the LUSA DESIGN brand will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. If the defective Product has been discontinued or is out of stock, the LUSA DESIGN brand reserves the right to replace it with a substitute product of equal or greater value. If the LUSA DESIGN brand chooses to repair your defective Product, you are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the defective Product to the LUSA DESIGN brand. Furthermore, for collaborative project products available in limited quantities, LUSA DESIGN will provide a replacement product of equivalent value. These collaborative project products are available in limited supply and are offered on awhile stocks lastbasis. In the event that a collaborative project product is out of stock or no longer available, LUSA DESIGN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value.
Except for the warranties expressly set forth in this Warranty, there are no other warranties. Any implied warranties that may apply to the product—including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are limited in duration to the term of this Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall the LUSA DESIGN brand be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this Warranty, a breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
